Tomáš Petřík is a visual artist, film maker and a teacher of Audio-Visual Production, Vojmír Křupka is a sculptor, visual artist, and Multimedia Art Studies head teacher at Střední škola designu a módy v Prostějově (Highschool for design and fashion, Prostějov, Czech Republic). The presented projects are result of students’ work under Vojmír’s and Tomáš’s supervision within the Audio-Visual Production, which is the major subject for graduating students in the Multimedia Art Studies department. In this subject, the students are focused not only on traditional film genres, but also on conceptual videoart projects.

Maria Lopatyuk: Artfilm
In her creation, Maria works with a typical film model, however, she makes new contexts and film collages. Her scenes are pure, craft skilled, with the video camera she works as a photographer on purpose. Her major theme is a figure, which is visible in this Artfilm. A human body is depicted directly and realistically, she is looking for beauty, even if there is an imperfect model standing in front of her. Respect for a human body emanates from her creation.

Zuzana Novotná: Hypnosis
Zuzana connects more work processes in her creation: a video, a projection and a performance. Thus she makes rhytmic and dynamic visual images. The film Hypnosis was created by layering of the projections on her own body. This performance was shot by a video camera and used as a basis for the film. The effect of the images is then multiplied thanks to a software. This project is a typical example of a multimedia stance, which is so characteristical for Zuzana.
